3. Payment. Fees are invoiced according to the schedule defined in the applicable Statement of Work. Payment terms, milestones, and late-payment policies will be specified therein.
4. Client Responsibilities. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to relevant systems, and reasonable cooperation necessary for General Agentic to deliver the Services.
5. Intellectual Property. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment, while General Agentic retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
6. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during an engagement private and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, General Agentic's liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
